Leap’s gi conduit distributor training in June ended successfully
On June 21, 2020, Leap’s gi conduit distributor training kicked off in the conference room on the third floor of the group. This training is organized by the Human Resources Center under the care and support of the group leaders. The training targets are the frontline sales staff of Leap enterprise distributors, aiming to help them improve their business capabilities and strengthen the concept of teamwork. A total of 164 people signed up for this training, divided into two classes in June and July. Each training lasted 4 days and was taught by Leap’s internal lecturers and external lecturers.
At 8:00 am on June 21st, the training officially started. First, Li Guang, the company’s operations director, delivered a speech. He welcomed the arrival of the trainees and hoped that they would spend a relaxing and happy time in leap and learn something during the training process. Subsequently, the chairman of the group lectured on “Corporate Culture”. He first introduced Leap’s development process to the students, summed up the three elements of Leap’s success: time, location, and harmony, and recalled the three technological revolutions that Leap experienced, and conveyed to the students Leap’s continuous pursuit of quality improvement. Spirit and Leap philosophy of “product is character”. In order to activate the teaching atmosphere, the chairman constantly interacted with the students and successfully mobilized the emotions of the students with a joke, and thus formally entered the theme of corporate culture. In the next 2 hours, the chairman explained the meaning and importance of corporate culture, and explained Leap corporate culture in detail. His wonderful lectures gave the students a deeper understanding of Leap. On the afternoon of the 20th, the trainees visited the IEC 61386 steel conduit workshop and watched the production process of Leap products. During the visit, the trainees were very interested, carefully observed every link of production, and frequently asked the production staff. After returning to the group, the trainees took a cruise to visit Tuanbo Lake. While enjoying the beautiful scenery, it also liberates the body and mind from the intense work and study. On the evening of the 20th, everyone’s lecturers conducted sales skills training. This course is conducted in small groups. The trainees are divided into 8 groups. The first task is to form a team and get to know each other. After 10 minutes of discussion, each group determined the team name, captain, team logo, and team song, and displayed them on stage in turn.
On the morning of June 22, the sales skills training continued by Renzhong lecturers. One of the key courses is “Benefit Decoding”, which simulates all aspects of the sales process in a game mode. 8 student groups actively participated in the brainstorming process, and* eventually achieved good results. Through this course, the trainees’ abilities in setting goals, determining plans, summing up lessons, etc. are exercised and improved. After the lecture, the students had a better understanding of gi conduit production. On the evening of the 22nd, the training was carried out in a relaxed way, that is, an inspirational film “When Happiness Knocks on the Door” was screened, allowing everyone to relax after a day of intense study, and at the same time learn from the hero of the film to persevere and make decisions. The spirit of not giving up.
The first course on June 23 came from “Business Etiquette” by Professor Yang Li of the School of International Business and Economics. Professor Yang fully explained the basic knowledge of appearance, manners, communication etiquette, etc., and actively interacted with the students through on-site question and answer, which not only enhanced the participants’ participation, but also deepened the students’ understanding of business etiquette knowledge . The second course was shared by Tianjin Leap General Manager Assistant Wang Yalin “6S Basic Knowledge and Experience Introduction”. His humorous explanations made the students excited and achieved very good learning results. At 5:30 in the afternoon, the training courses are all over. At 6:00 in the evening, the graduation dinner was held in a smooth sailing hotel. Leaders of the group and a number of sales staff from various companies attended to toast and drink with the students and the guests and hosts had a great time.
On June 24, the trainees visited the Ancient Culture Street in Tianjin. It is called “the home town of Jinmen, Gushangyiyuan”, where students shop for antiques, look at calligraphy and painting, and appreciate Tianjin folk customs. At noon, the trainees tasted the nationally famous traditional snack-Goubuli steamed buns. After enjoying the scenery and tasting food, the trainees embarked on the return train. So far, the June training class for distributors has successfully ended.
The training has received great attention and strong support from the group leaders. The lecturers have fully mobilized the enthusiasm and participation of the students through humorous explanations, many reference pictures and active interaction. The whole training process was filled with passion and joy. In the high learning atmosphere, everyone has mastered a lot of theoretical knowledge and practical skills, strengthened mutual understanding and communication, and the learning effect is very outstanding, which has won unanimous praise from the students.
